How is the sizing?
The can be considered true to size based on a North American scale

Small: Chest Size 34" - 37", Shirt Width At Chest 18"
Medium: Chest Size 38" - 41", Shirt Width At Chest 20"
Large: Chest Size 42" - 45", Shirt Width At Chest 22"
X-Large: Chest Size 46" - 49", Shirt Width At Chest 24"
2X-Large: Chest Size 50" - 53", Shirt Width At Chest 26"

How do I wash the shirts?
With any shirt that has a design on it, you should always wash them inside out so that the design doesn't rub against anything. Gentil washing and hanging is preferred, but lets face it, most of us are going to throw it in the washer as is and put it in the drier... Try to dry them on low if you can. Some of our test shirts have been washed hot and dried on high 20+ times with little effect. Ironing is not advisable although the shirts and graphics have already been exposed to 160c during printing.

Will They shrink?
The shirts are all made from prewashed 100% cotton, but depending on how you wash / dry them you can expect 3 - 5% shrink. They will be slightly smaller after drying, but will stretch back a bit once you are wearing them. If you are on the fence as to what size to get and you know you will be hammering them on hot in the dryer your may want to go to the bigger size.

Can I get the design but on a different color shirt?
We have tried to show the designs on what we think are the shirt colors that work well with that design, but what do we know... If you want a specific design on a different color shirt or one that is a short sleeve and you want it on a long sleeve, just let us know and we can accommodate. It may result in a slight shipping delay of a day or two but nothing serious.

I want to resell your shirts (Museum, Flying event etc.) Do you offer bulk order pricing?
Absolutely. for bulk orders contact us directly and we can go from there.

Do you do custom designs?
We can definitely do custom designs. Just contact us and we can go over the necessary details.

Are your stickers permanent or removable?
We print these on vinyl that is designed to be removable. They will not come off under normal use (we have them on the outside of cars and aircraft) but if you want to peal them off they will come off without damage to paint etc. and they won't leave any residue.

How do I care for the mugs?
The mugs have a permanent print on them so you can wash them in the dishwasher at any setting with no effect.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Ontario, Canada and can reach most of the world. Be aware that depending on where you are you may be subject to duties, VATs, tariffs etc. Don't get angry with us... we can't control what countries do with regards to these things, we just have to follow their rules for better or for worse.

How soon after I order will you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday, and will try our best to ship within a day of ordering or even same day if the order is received early enough. On the rare occasion we may take a day or two longer depending on order volume and stock levels.

Will I get tracking when I order?
With 95% of shipments you will get tracking when shipped. It will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Occasionally when shipping to a more obscure location we do not get tracking, but this is rare.

What are your payment options?
Our checkout accepts most credit cards and PayPal. Keep in mind that while the site will show the local currency, your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars. Our payment system can only bill in one currency so as good Canadians we chose ours. In most cases conversion costs to you are minimal.
