At AV8RWINGS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we may accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests made after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund unless specifically authorized by AV8RWINGS.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unopened, or

Item must be unused and in like-new condition

Item must be returned in original packaging

Item must show no signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused unless prior authorization has been granted by AV8RWINGS.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact us to request return authorization.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
AV8RWINGS does not currently provide or generate return shipping labels. Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping independently using the carrier of their choice.
Return packages must be sent at the sender’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AV8RWINGS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was authorized due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter.
